Seeking medical care for my knee, I was denied service by my personal physcian for telling my employer that my knee was hurting. The doctor said they do not do workmans comp, which I was not seeking. can i collect any money for this workmans comp injury?
i have a valid workmanscomp claim for a torn bicep, i did not miss any work. the dr. recommedend surgery but i choose not to have surgery. can i collect any money for this injury and choosing not to have the surgery?
