Seniors, can getting pregnant on the job be an accident?

I worked in the medical field doing transcription. The doctor filled out a Workman’s Compensation Form for a pregnant woman. Do you suppose it was because the pregnancy was accidental and on-the-job?
I did not put this in R&S. Guess Yahoo did.

The doctor who filled out the form did not know the woman could not draw Workmen’s Compensation for being pregnant, but she wanted some income and did not want to work because she was pregnant.

it feels like someone has a knee in my back. after L5 & L1 injury, my right foot numbs I cant bend over.?

Doctors say my L1 & L5 are healed. the pain will not go away without medication. this is my 9th month.since the injury, its workmans comp and I am not working, any suggestions?

Well, does it hurt as much now as it did then?

Anyway, If your doctor was unable to do anything, then I really don’t think that there’s much you can do. Maybe just try to wait it out.

If that doesn’t help, go to your doctor again, or have another doctor check it out. Maybe this one missed something and a second might find it.

Does my husband owe back medical insurance to his employer once he returns to work after on workmans comp?

My husband and I currently live in NJ. My husband is currently on workmans comp due to an injury that occured on his job. I am under is health insurance and about $300 a month comes out of his paycheck for our health insurance. But since he is technically not getting paid my his employer right now and is getting paid through workmans comp will he owe the $300 back to his employer times the amount of months he was out of work once he returns back to work after his injury is resolved?
